Identification of Plant Estogens in Chinese Milk Vetch, Soybean and Soybean Sprout
この研究は,レンゲ,大豆および大豆もやし中の植物性エストロゼンを同定するために行なった.試料中の植物性エストロゼンは,熱エタノールで30時間抽出した.エタノール抽出液は,葉緑素などを除くために,ベンゼンあるいは石油エーテルで,4回分液濾斗を用いて振盪した.エタノール層を濃縮し,エーテルで4回,振盪,抽出した.エーテル層を集め,飽和重炭酸ソーダ水で2回洗い,次いで蒸溜水で2回洗った.エーテルを蒸発させ,残溜物をクロマトグラフィーの試料とした.試料中の植物性エストロゼンは,ペーパークロマトグラフィーと薄層クロマドグラフィー(TLC)によって同定した.ペーパークロマトグラフィーは,一次元上昇法で行ない,濾紙は東洋濾紙No.
