ABSTRACT Psoriasis is a chronic, immune‐mediated inflammatory disease with heterogeneous manifestations. Reliable biomarkers reflecting disease severity and treatment response remain limited. Glycans—carbohydrate structures attached to proteins and lipids—play key roles in biological processes, contributing to functional specificity.
