A highly electron‑accepting derivative of cyclobisbiphenylenecarbonyl (CBBC‐TIC) is reported. Fluorene‐Framework Engineering Enables Narrowband Red Multi‐Resonance Emitters for High‐Efficiency With Negligible Roll‐Off Toward BT.2020

σ‐Decoupled C9 fluorene‐framework topology control enables narrowband red MR emitters. SF‐BNO and PF‐BNO share the same BNO core, but differ in closed/open fluorene ring closure. Evolutionary, Functional and Mechanistic Characterisation of Microbial Terpene Synthase‐Like Genes From Springtails

A genome analysis revealed the presence of many bacterial‐type terpene synthases in springtails. Four enzymes from Sinella curviseta were functionally characterised, resulting in the isolation of several compounds including sinellene ether, the first diterpene ether identified from a terpene synthase that represents a novel skeleton.
