Chiral phase transition and meson melting in a soft-wall AdS/QCD model [PDF]
We investigate the in-medium behavior of mesons at finite temperature and baryon chemical potential within a soft-wall model of AdS/QCD. We use a quartic scalar potential to obtain the correct form of chiral symmetry breaking.

Anomalous Mesonic Interactions near a Chiral Phase Transition [PDF]
Using constituent quarks coupled to a linear sigma model at nonzero temperature, I show that many anomalous mesonic amplitudes, such as $ ^0 \rightarrow $, vanish in a chirally symmetric phase. Processes which are allowed, such as $ ^0 \rightarrow $, are computed to leading order in a loop expansion.

The SERS spectra of reporter molecules adsorbed on chiral gold nanorods depends on the handedness of circularly polarized light (CPL‐SERS). The bisignate plasmonic CD spectra of chiral nanorods provides wavelength‐dependent CPL‐SERS. Selective discrimination of chiral nanorod handedness and different Raman reporters allow highly sensitive codification ...

Effects of a non-zero strangeness-chemical potential in strong interaction models
The effect of a non-zero strangeness chemical potential on the strong interaction phase diagram has been studied within the framework of the SU(3) quark-hadron chiral parity-doublet model.

Dark confinement and chiral phase transitions: gravitational waves vs matter representations
We study the gravitational-wave signal stemming from strongly coupled models featuring both, dark chiral and confinement phase transitions. We therefore identify strongly coupled theories that can feature a first-order phase transition.

Hadronic gas chiral phase transition within generalized chiral perturbation theory [PDF]
We study the temperature evolution of the quark-antiquark condensate below the chiral phase transition. The hadronic gas is described using a virial expansion within Generalized Chiral Perturbation Theory. In such way, we can implement both the large or small chiral condensate scenarios and analyze the condensate dependence on the values of the ...

Double Helical Plasmonic Antennas
Plasmonic double helical antennas funnel circularly polarized light to the nanoscale, offering strong chiroptical interaction and directional light emission. Extending a single helix design tool, this study combines numerical modeling with experimental validation, revealing large, broadband dissymmetry factors in the visible range.

A domain wall and chiral edge currents in holographic chiral phase transitions
We investigate spatially inhomogeneous solutions in a top-down holographic model: the D3/D7 model which provides a holographic description of the chiral phase transition for a finite external magnetic field, chemical potential, and temperature.
