Ligand‐Mediated Shape Engineering of SWIR InAs Colloidal Quantum Dots for Photodetector Applications

The table of contents: A robust ligand‐engineering strategy is introduced for SWIR InAs CQDs synthesized from amino‐arsine precursors. Bulky OA ligands induce controlled shape evolution, allowing access to >1700 nm absorption under mild conditions. Ligand Engineering for Precise Control of Ultrathin CsPbI3 Nanoplatelet Superlattices for Efficient Light‐Emitting Diodes

In this work, we introduce ancillary‐ligand‐mediated growth control of ultrathin CsPbI3 PeNPLs to achieve highly uniform thickness and reduced agglomeration. Strong ancillary‐ligand coordination to the perovskite surface regulates nucleation and improves surface passivation, enabling color‐pure emission and preferentially oriented superlattices.
