The Chlorophyll Content of Arctic Sea-Ice
ARCTIC, 1961A number of observers, working in arctic and antarctic waters, have commented on the discoloration of sea-ice caused by unicellular algae, mainly diatoms, that are frozen into the ice. The discoloration is usually seen when the ice is broken and over turned, because it occurs principally on the lower surface of the ice and occasionally on its sides ...

Chlorophyll a fluorescence, photosynthesis activity and chlorophyll content in senescing leaves
2015Leaf senescence is the last step of leaf development and can be induced by many genetic and environmental factors. The chloroplast and many leaf pigments undergo a progressive degeneration. The leaf functionality is slowed down and several physiological processes are altered.

Bio-fertilizer to Enhance the Chlorophyll Content
Ecology, Environment and ConservationAir pollution is the contamination of the indoor or outdoor environment by any chemical, physical or biological agent that modifies the natural characteristics of the atmosphere. The exhaust of industries, automobiles, household combustion and various devices cause air pollution.

[QTL mapping for chlorophyll content in maize].
Yi chuan = Hereditas, 2009In order to explore the genetic basis for chlorophyll content in maize (Zea mays L.), a total of 189 F2 individuals derived from the single cross between the inbred lines A150-3-2 and Mo17 were used as mapping population. Four traits associated with chlorophyll content were measured at the trumpet stage and at the flowering stage.
