A Rational Optimization Approach for the Development of a Multiplexed Lateral Flow Immunoassay: Detection of Nonepithelial Ovarian Cancer Markers in Human Serum

This study outlines the developmental pipeline of a multiplexed nanozyme‐based lateral flow immunoassay for the purpose of ovarian germ cell tumor detection. It demonstrates the application of a design of experiments optimization approach for nanozyme probe conjugate development.

Fosl2 Regulates FSH‐Dependent Follicle Maturation Through Feedback Amplification of FSH/FSHR Signaling

Paternal Caffeine Exposure Programs Offspring Stress Vulnerability via Sperm Dlk1‐Dio3 Imprinting‐Directed Remodeling of a Novel Neural Circuit

The study elucidates that paternal preconception stress can drive offspring hyperresponsivity of the stress system via hypomethylation of a specific DNA region in sperm. Natural Resistance to Ovarian Hyperstimulation Syndrome in Estrildid Finches Reveals Macrophage GPR183 as a Potential Therapeutic Target

Ovarian macrophage depletion reverses OHSS resistance in estrildid finches and exacerbates OHSS symptoms in rats. Activating macrophage GPR183 alleviates OHSS by reducing pro‐inflammatory factors, increasing immunomodulatory molecules, remodeling CD44/SDC4‐mediated communication, and restoring immune homeostasis.
