This case report describes the first veterinary use of indocyanine green (ICG) cholangiography to confirm common bile duct (CBD) patency in a dog with a ruptured gallbladder mucocele. The technique, commonly used in human laparoscopic hepatobiliary surgery, was successfully employed during cholecystectomy.
