Journal of British Surgery, 1984 Abstract Thirteen patients undergoing investigation for biliary or pancreatic disease were found at endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography to have unsuspected choledochoduodenal fistula. In only one patient could the presenting symptoms be directly attributed to the fistula.
