MedComm, Volume 7, Issue 1, January 2026.We performed UPLC‐MS/MS lipidomics and DIA proteomics on plasma from healthy controls, active TB patients, and cured patients, and used Mendelian randomization to prioritize diagnostic and cure biomarkers. Multi‐omics random‐forest models based on these biomarkers showed excellent performance for diagnosis and cure monitoring.
