Chondrosarcoma of the Hand

A case of chondrosarcoma of the hand recurred 4 times over a period of 32 years. Forty-seven cases of hand chondrosarcomas have been found in the literature. Histological diagnosis is difficult in differentiating chondrosarcomas from benign chondromas. Pain and swelling are the main symptoms of recurrence.
