Sulfakinin Signaling Sense Circulating Fructose and Suppresses Food Consumption via Insulin‐Like Peptide in Bactrocera Dorsalis

This study discovered a new pathway that tells fruit flies when to stop eating. It found that rising blood sugar (fructose) is detected by a sensor called GR43a. This triggers a chain reaction involving the satiety signal sulfakinin and its receptor, ultimately activating a final satiety signal, ILP5.

HSP90AB1‐Mediated Ubiquitin‐Proteasome Degradation of ITGBL1 Promotes Osteosarcoma Progression by Inhibiting Endoplasmic Reticulum Stress‐Induced Autophagy

This study delineates a novel HSP90AB1‐ITGBL1 signaling axis governing osteosarcoma. HSP90AB1 promotes K63‐linked ubiquitination and proteasomal degradation of ITGBL1. Restoring ITGBL1 induces reactive oxygen species‐dependent endoplasmic reticulum stress and pro‐death autophagy, suppressing tumor growth and metastasis.

CRP Deficiency Rescues Periodontitis‐Induced Hippocampal Neurogenesis Impairment by Suppressing OPC‐Derived BMP4 Signaling in Rats

Chronic periodontitis elevates circulating CRP, which enters the hippocampus to upregulate BMP4 in oligodendrocyte precursor cells (OPCs), thereby impairing neurogenesis and inducing anxiety/depression‐like behaviors in rats. The FOXC2‐LAMA4 Axis Orchestrates Vasculogenic Mimicry and Immunosuppressive Niche Formation to Drive Metastatic Cascade in Renal Cell Carcinoma

Advanced clear cell renal cell carcinoma metastasis is driven by a FOXC2+ tumor subpopulation. These cells execute vasculogenic mimicry for dissemination and secrete LAMA4. LAMA4 engages macrophage ITGA6, activating the STAT6/GATA3 axis to polarize macrophages into a pro‐metastatic, immunosuppressive phenotype.
