A 36 V Chopper Offset-Stabilized Operational Amplifier With Fast Settling and Reduced Input Transient Currents

International Semiconductor Conference
The paper presents a dual mux-friendly high voltage chopper offset-stabilized operational amplifier with a symmetrical $RC$ notch filter, having a 4–36 $V$ supply range, and being fabricated in a 0.25 $\mu m$ CMOS process.

3.10 A 0.69/0.58-PEF 1.6nW/24nW Capacitively Coupled Chopper Instrumentation Amplifier with an Input-Boosted First Stage in 22nm/180nm CMOS

IEEE International Solid-State Circuits Conference
The front-end amplifier typically determines the noise level of a sensor system. Therefore, a highly power-efficient amplifier plays a critical role in Internet-of-Things (IoT) applications with stringent power constraints and small input amplitude [1, 2]

A 50V Chopper Operational Amplifier With 1.3V/×s Common-Mode Transients Tolerance

2024 IEEE European Solid-State Electronics Research Conference (ESSERC)
This paper describes a high voltage (HV), slew-rate enhanced chopper-stabilized capacitively-coupled op-amp (CCOPA) for industrial applications. The op-amp utilizes a HVcompatible common-mode feedforward (CMFF) circuit to tolerate significant and rapidly

A low-noise chopper current feedback instrumentation amplifier for processing feeble and low frequency signals

2024 4th International Conference on Electronics, Circuits and Information Engineering (ECIE)
This paper presents a CMOS current feedback instrumentation amplifier using in amplifying low-frequency and low-amplitude signal. Realize a well noise performance by chopping and a low offset voltage ripper by ripple-reduction loop.

Chopper amplifier circuit with CMOS switches and amplifier FETs

1997
Abstract of NL 1001231 (C2) The input voltage is fed to the inputs of an operational amplifier via a chopping reversal switchThe CMOS operational amplifier has a current source and a current mirror. The operational amplifier output is fed to an output circuit.

Reducing Switching Artifacts in Chopper Amplifiers

2018
This thesis describes the theory, design, and implementation of chopper operational amplifiers (op-amps) in CMOS integrated circuits (ICs). The chopping technique periodically corrects DC errors of such op-amps, so that low 1/f noise and stable, microvolt-level offset can be achieved.
