Malectin alleviates high glucose‐induced ER stress and damage in placental trophoblasts, a function dependent on its six critical carbohydrate‐binding residues. In a GDM mouse model, administration of TAT‐Malectin ameliorated hyperglycemia and placental ER stress and prevented fetal macrosomia.

A 5-nV/√Hz Chopper Negative-R Stabilization Preamplifier for Audio Applications
This paper presents a low-noise and low-power audio preamplifier. The proposed low-noise preamplifier employs a delay-time chopper stabilization (CHS) technique and a negative-R circuit, both in the auxiliary amplifier to cancel the non-idealities of the

ABSTRACT Genome‐wide association studies (GWAS) link the Tropomyosin 1 (Tpm1) locus to quantitative blood trait variation, but related mechanisms are unclear. Tpm1 encodes an actin‐binding protein that regulates actin filament diversity, cell adhesion, signaling, and actomyosin contractility.

A Chopper-Stabilized Amplifier with a Relaxed Fill-In Technique and 22.6pA Input Current
In chopper amplifiers, the interaction between the input signal and the chopper clock can cause intermodulation distortion (IMD). This is mainly due to finite amplifier bandwidth, which causes signal-dependent output spikes at the chopping transitions ...

A Microbial Lipid‐ATP Synthase Axis Fuels NK Cell Antitumor Activity
This study focuses on the mechanism by which gut microbiota‐derived outer membrane vesicles (OMVs) regulate NK cell antitumor activity. B. intestinalis is identified to decrease extra‐intestinal tumor growth via its OMVs enriched in sphingosine (SP).

A 36μW rail-to-rail-input chopper stabilized amplifier using correlated double sampling
This paper describes a chopper stabilized amplifier, obtained using an input chopper for modulation, an AC coupling for offset rejection and a correlated double sampling structure for demodulation, avoiding ripple spurs.

A Novel Infrared Temperature Measurement with Dual Mode Modulation of Thermopile Sensor
Superior to the traditional infrared temperature sensing architecture including infrared sensor and thermistor, we propose a novel sensing approach based on a single thermopile sensor with dual modes modulation.

In AKI, initial kidney injury upregulates the expression of Cav‐1, which subsequently binds to and stabilizes SERCA2 via its scaffolding domain and through deubiquitination, thereby regulating Ca2+ homeostasis and ER stress. Conversely, Cav‐1 deficiency accelerates SERCA2 degradation, triggering Ca2+ overload and ER stress, and ultimately exacerbating ...
