A CMOS Chopper Offset-Stabilized Opamp
IEEE Journal of Solid-State Circuits, 2006In this paper we introduce an offset-stabilized operational amplifier that uses a chopper amplifier in a low frequency path to cancel the offset of a wide-bandwidth amplifier. A sample-and-hold circuit is used to reduce the chopper ripple, and the low frequency path is also offset-stabilized to further reduce the residual offset. The amplifier has 1muV

Generalized chopper stabilization
ISCAS 2001. The 2001 IEEE International Symposium on Circuits and Systems (Cat. No.01CH37196), 2002The concept of traditional chopper-stabilized amplifiers is extended to linear dynamical and certain types of nonlinear circuits. Simulation results are given to confirm the theory.

Chopper-stabilized sigma-delta modulator
1993 IEEE International Symposium on Circuits and Systems, 2002A new architecture of the sigma-dela modulators using a chopper-stabilized configuration is described. It is shown that using this new architecture and without any other circuit techniques, a sigma-delta modulator becomes immune from the contamination of the inherent low-frequency noise, such as offset noise, flicker noise, and clock feedthrough noise.

Chopper-stabilized operational transconductance amplifiers
IEEE Transactions on Instrumentation and Measurement, 1993A technique for chopper-stabilizing commercial linearized operational transconductance amplifiers (OTAs) to remove output offset current errors is described. Design equations which illustrate performance tradeoffs as a function of component values are given. The results are verified experimentally using a common bipolar OTA. >

Chopper stabilized integrated Hall effect magnetometer
2009 International Conference on Microelectronics - ICM, 2009This paper presents a low noise, low offset and wide dynamic range Hall effect magnetometer integrated in a 0.35 µm CMOS technology. It features a spinning-current operated Hall device and a chopper stabilization, which has been unconventionally implemented using high-pass filters. The magnetometer exhibits 350 µT offset, can measure magnetic fields up

CMOS amplifier with Chopper Stabilization and Offset Calibration
2020 IEEE Conference of Russian Young Researchers in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EIConRus), 2020A high-precision CMOS amplifier architecture is presented. The proposed architecture features chopper stabilization, as well as means to calibrate its zero offset. The simulation results are confirmed by experimental measurements of silicone devices.

A chopper-stabilized high-pass Delta–Sigma Modulator with reduced chopper charge injection
Microelectronics Journal, 2011In this paper, a chopper-stabilized high-pass Delta-Sigma Modulator (DSM) is reported with experimental results. A new circuit technique to suppress the residual offset caused by the chopper switch charge injection is proposed. Enabled by an amplifier sharing architecture, the technique diverts the error charge generated by the critical chopper to the ...

E/D NMOS chopper-stabilized op AMP
Journal of Electronics (China), 1988This paper discusses the design method of E/D NMOS chopper-stabilized op amp. The offset factors are analyzecd and the new formulae are derived. The test circuit is simulated with the SPICE-II, and the experiment of the test chip shows a satisfactory result.
