To report the clinicopathologic features in the eye of a patient who sustained a traumatic chorioretinal rupture from a gunshot wound to the orbit, chorioretinitis sclopetaria, with clinical follow up of more than 20 years.The patient was studied ophthalmoscopically and by fluorescein angiography after the trauma and was seen intermittently thereafter.

Case1.–A 20-year-old man sustained a bullet wound of the left orbit through the left lower lid 1½ years previously. An inferonasal chorioretinal scar was produced (Fig 1). Visual acuity was 20/20.
