Correlative Electron Paramagnetic Resonance Imaging and Atomic Force Microscopy of Lithium Deposited on Copper

The correlation of a spectroscopic (EPRI) and microscopic (AFM) technique is demonstrated for a sample of Li deposited on Cu. Areas of different morphology were analysed. The techniques complement each other's length scales as well as the information obtained from the sample.
