We present a Christmas‐tree‐shaped microfluidic gradient generator (MGG) that is equipped with dynamic trapping chambers, based on thermoresponsive microactuators. At room temperature, amine‐functionalized polystyrene beads are trapped inside the pNIPAM funnels and fluorescently labeled.
