NDRG1‐Driven Lactate Accumulation Promotes Lung Adenocarcinoma Progression Through the Induction of an Immunosuppressive Microenvironment

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
NDRG1 drives lactate accumulation and histone lactylation in lung adenocarcinoma, promoting immunosuppression via M2 macrophage polarization and CD8⁺ T cell inhibition. High NDRG1 expression correlates with poor prognosis, an immunosuppressive microenvironment, and immunotherapy resistance.

A Super‐Enhancer‐Driven Transcriptional Regulatory Circuit Underlying Abiraterone Resistance in Castration‐Resistant Prostate Cancer

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study identifies a super‐enhancer‐driven transcriptional regulatory circuit comprising BCL6, SMAD3, and NFIB that cooperate to drive cholesterol synthesis via SREBF2/HMGCR/FDFT1 activation and regulate CDK2/CCND3 for cell cycle control. Targeting this circuit with BI‐3802 or downstream inhibitors (Fatostatin/Lovastatin) overcomes abiraterone ...

Anti‐Inflammatory Mechanisms of Selenium Nanosheets in Ulcerative Colitis: Protein Corona, GP130 Interaction, and Transcriptomic Profile

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
SeNSs provide a biocompatible, anti‐inflammatory UC therapy. SeNSs form protein coronas enriched with AKT/PI3K/NF‐κB pathway proteins, suppress GP130 via hydrophobic interactions, and inhibit pro‐inflammatory cytokines. In DSS‐induced UC mice, SeNSs reduce inflammation, tissue damage, and disease activity by modulating cytokine, chemokine, and ...
