The present report describes microbial, serological, and histological findings in chlamydial endometritis. Irregular bleeding, frequently seen in salpingitis patients, suggests endometritis, being a common manifestation of that disease. Chlamydia trachomatis is known to be a principal etiological agent of acute salpingitis.
