A Case of Periodontal Prosthetic Treatment for a Patient with Generalized Chronic Periodontitis
症例の概要:患者は慢性歯周炎を有した 46歳女性.歯周外科処置を含む歯周治療および矯正治療によって,歯周組織の安定化を図り,補綴治療を施行した.考察:本症例は,プラークによる細菌性因子に加え,外傷性咬合によって修飾されたことで,歯周炎が重篤化したものと考えられる.歯周治療および矯正治療により歯周炎の原因除去が適切に行え,プラークコントロールが行いやすい補綴装置を設計したために,現在のところ良好に経過しているものと考えられる.結論:慢性歯周炎に対する補綴治療は,プラークコントロールが行いやすく,歯周ポケットの再発に対応できる補綴装置の設計に考慮することが重要といえる.
