[Chronic neuroborreliosis in Lyme disease].

Acute and chronic syndromes of Lyme neuroborreliosis are recognized. Acute syndromes are clinically pronounced and comprise meningitis, neuritis of the cranial nerve, radiculoneuritis. Chronic syndromes are less evident. These are moderate encephalopathy and radiculoneuropathy.
