Chronic unilateral nasal obstruction
BMJ, 2021A woman in her early 20s presented to the otorhinolaryngology clinic with a 10 month history of progressively worsening left sided nasal obstruction (“stuffy nose”) and rhinorrhoea. No seasonal pattern was detected. The patient’s right nostril was free of symptoms.

Oral Surgery, Oral Medicine, Oral Pathology, 1971Abstract Conservative treatment of sialodochitis and ductal perforation is described. In this particular case, sialograms showed areas of stenosis in the right Wharton's duct near the gland hilus and an extravasation phenomenon caused by ductal perforation at the point where the duct curved over the posterior border of the mylohyoid muscle.
