Chronic Sclerosing Sialadenitis (Küttner Tumor) Is an IgG4-associated Disease

open access: yesAmerican Journal of Surgical Pathology, 2010
Chronic sclerosing sialadenitis is a fibroinflammatory disease of the salivary glands, characteristically of the submandibular gland. One prior Asian study proposed that chronic sclerosing sialadenitis is a part of the spectrum of IgG4-associated disease. This association has not been confirmed in Western populations.
