Wearable and Implantable Devices for Continuous Monitoring of Muscle Physiological Activity: A Review

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Recent advances in materials and device engineering enable continuous, real‐time monitoring of muscle activity via wearable and implantable systems. This review critically summarizes emerging technologies for tracking electrophysiological, biomechanical, and oxygenation signals, outlines fundamental principles, and highlights key challenges and ...

Inhibition of Macrophage ARID3A Alleviates Myocardial Ischemia‐Reperfusion Injury After Heart Transplantation by Reducing THBS1/CD47 Signaling‐Mediated Neutrophil Extracellular Traps Formation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study reveals that ARID3A in macrophages can transcriptionally regulate the THBS1‐CD47 axis after heart transplantation (HT), thereby inducing activated neutrophils to release NETs through the p38 MAPK signaling pathway. The itaconate derivative 4‐OI can inhibit ARID3A in macrophages and promote the accumulation of antioxidant factors, thereby ...

Engineering Dimensional Configuration of Single‐Atom S‐Cu‐S Sites as Reversible Electron Station for Enhanced Peroxidase‐Mimicking

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
L‐cysteine triggers auto‐assembly of POD‐like 3D biomimetic S‐Cu‐S single‐atom nanozymes on MoS2 (MoCC). MoCC shows 16.3‐fold higher catalytic velocity and 17.9‐fold greater affinity than HRP, enabling efficient •OH generation via enhanced electron inversion and transfer.

Targeted Enrichment of Engineered Bacteria on Triple‐Negative Breast Cancer Turns Immunologically Cold Tumors Hot

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
In this study, an “all‐in‐one” engineered anaerobic bacterial system (PDAEcN/COS) is developed for the treatment of immunologically “cold” TNBC. This nanoplatform is capable of colonizing tumor cell surfaces and implementing “self‐blocking” of immune checkpoints, while simultaneously suppressing tumor cells' “don't eat me” signals and delivering “eat ...
