Advances in Mass Rearing of Chrysoperla carnea (Stephen) (Neuroptera: Chrysopidae)
Rearing techniques for Chrysoperla carnea Stephen (Chrysopidae: Neuroptera) have been improved to have its mass rearing in laboratory and to make releases in fields in a very simple and economical way. In this technique hard gelatin capsules (500 mg) were used for larval rearing. Out of 100 test capsules, 140 pupae were recovered by this technique.
