Chuvash literary language which began to be formed in the second half of the 19th century, with the studies of N. İ. Zolotnitskiy and İ. Ya. Yakovlev, continued its development with the works of figures who grew from Simbirsk Chuvash Teachers’ School, and matured with works of talented authors and poets in the Soviet era.
