Management of Cicatricial Ectropion Secondary to Pyoderma Gangrenosum
Orbit, 2014Pyoderma gangrenosum is a rare condition with few cases of eyelid involvement reported in the literature. Pathergy is a well-recognised phenomenon that can trigger this condition. Pyoderma gangrenosum should be considered in cases of progressive cribriform cicatrisation where there is a history of antecedent trauma.
