ABSTRACT Given the biotechnological potential of yeast‐derived oils for oleochemical production, genes encoding lipid metabolism enzymes are key targets for metabolic engineering. Genetic engineering tools such as Clustered Regularly Interspaced Short Palindromic Repeats (CRISPR)/Cas9, Transcription Activator‐Like Effector Nucleases (TALENs), Zinc ...

Salicylic acid determines differential senescence produced by two Turnip mosaic virus strains involving reactive oxygen species and early transcriptomic changes. [PDF]
Losses produced by virus diseases depend mostly on symptom severity. Turnip mosaic virus (TuMV) is one of the most damaging and widespread potyvirus infecting members of the family Brassicaceae, including Arabidopsis thaliana.
