A Triangulenum‐Based Biosensor Platform for Mapping Kinase Activity in T Cells

Novel peptide biosensors based on long‐lifetime triangulenium dyes are developed for the real‐time, non‐invasive mapping of Akt1 and Src kinase activities in living cells. Utilizing FLIM microscopy, these highly specific, biocompatible probes overcome cellular autofluorescence.
