Antipredatory Strategies of Anurans: An Updated Conceptual Review
To unravel the evolutionary dynamics of predator–prey interactions, we propose an updated, three‐tiered classification of anuran antipredatory strategies. By mapping non‐behavioral, individual, and group defenses across five functional phases, this integrative framework introduces the concept of synergetic coupling.

ABSTRACT Paleoenvironmental records indicate that Neotropical regions near the Equator experienced reduced rainfall during the Last Glacial Maximum (LGM).
