Retrospectively synchronized time‐resolved ventricular cine images from 2D real‐time exercise cardiac magnetic resonance imaging

open access: yesClinical Physiology and Functional Imaging, Volume 45, Issue 5, September 2025.
Abstract Breath‐hold ECG‐gated cardiovascular magnetic resonance (CMR) imaging is challenging during exercise due to motion, ECG‐problems, and lengthy scans. To facilitate time‐resolved volumetric measures from exercise‐CMR, we aimed to develop a method for constructing time‐resolved ventricular cines from real‐time free‐breathing exercise‐CMR.

Evaluation of 4D Flow MRI‐Derived Aortic Hemodynamics and Their Relationships With Left Ventricular Remodeling in Patients With Moderate Aortic Stenosis: A Preliminary Study

open access: yesEchocardiography, Volume 42, Issue 9, September 2025.
Patients with moderate AS exhibited various 4D flow MRI‐derived aortic hemodynamic profiles despite having similar mean pressure gradient. Peak turbulent kinetic energy (TKE) significantly correlated with LV volumes, mass, and native T1 value. Our study revealed heterogeneity of aortic hemodynamics and their impact on LV myocardium in patients with ...

Cine de espías

open access: yes, 2013

Recent advances in multimodality imaging‐guided therapy in pericarditis

open access: yesEuropean Journal of Clinical Investigation, Volume 55, Issue 9, September 2025.
Multiple imaging targets have been identified as essential biomarkers to confirm pericardial thickening, edema, neovascularization, inflammation, fibrosis/calcification, cardiac tamponade physiology, and constriction. This novel approach is called imaging‐guided therapy, which guides anti‐inflammatory therapy, assesses treatment response, assists in ...

Multi‐Level Factors Influencing eHealth Literacy Among Chinese Older Adults: A Longitudinal Study

open access: yesJournal of Advanced Nursing, Volume 81, Issue 9, Page 5831-5844, September 2025.
ABSTRACT Aims Based on the socio‐ecological model, the present study examined influencing factors of eHealth literacy among Chinese older adults at individual‐level (e.g., socio‐demographics, Internet use, and health status), interpersonal (e.g., informational support and instrumental support), and community‐level (e.g., available public facilities ...
