Rational halogen mixing strategy was employed to shift the bandgap of Cs2PbBr2I2 from ultraviolet to visible region, enabling first realization of a visible‐light photodetector with this 2D layered Ruddlesden‐Popper perovskite material. Under illumination, light‐induced internal field forms and drives trap‐mediated persistent photoconductivity ...

Fully CMOS Memristor Based Chaotic Circuit [PDF]
This paper demonstrates the design of a fully CMOS chaotic circuit consisting of only DDCC based memristor and inductance simulator. Our design is composed of these active blocks using CMOS 0.18 µm process technology with symmetric ±1.25 V supply ...

This study demonstrates coherent control of 15N nuclear spins coupled to VB−${\text{V}}_{\text{B}}^{-}$ centers in isotope‐enriched hexagonal boron nitride. Selective addressing via spin‐state mixing enables Rabi driving, quantum gates, and coherence times exceeding 10 μs$\umu{\rm s}$.

A Low-Noise Amplifier for Submarine Electric Field Signal Based on Chopping Amplification Technology
In the exploration of ocean resources, the submarine electric field signal plays a crucial role through marine electromagnetic methods. However, due to the field signal’s low-frequency and weak characteristics, it often encounters interference from the ...

Domain Wall Rebounds Driven by Competing Entropic and Spin‐Transfer Torques in Cylindrical Nanowires
Domain‐wall motion in cylindrical magnetic nanowires driven by nanosecond current pulses. Low current densities efficiently displace domain walls, whereas higher currents cause rebound at the wire ends. The effect results from the interplay between spin‐transfer torque and thermally induced processes, highlighting the role of thermal gradients in ...

Hidden dynamics and multi-stability in an improved third-order Chua's circuit
By utilising an active diode pair to substitute the classical Chua's diode, an improved third-order Chua's circuit is proposed in this study. This circuit has an unstable zero saddle point and two stable non-zero saddle-foci in a local parameter region ...
