Accelerating Conjugate Gradient Solvers for Homogenization Problems With Unitary Neural Operators
ABSTRACT Rapid and reliable solvers for parametric partial differential equations (PDEs) are needed in many scientific and engineering disciplines. For example, there is a growing demand for composites and architected materials with heterogeneous microstructures.

Equalities and Inequalities for Norms of Block Imaginary Circulant Operator Matrices
Circulant, block circulant-type matrices and operator norms have become effective tools in solving networked systems. In this paper, the block imaginary circulant operator matrices are discussed.

Toeplitz and Circulant Matrices: A Review [PDF]
[ t 0 t − 1 t − 2 ⋯ t − ( n − 1 ) t 1 t 0 t − 1 t 2 t 1 t 0 ⋮ ⋮ ⋱ t n − 1 ⋯ t 0 ] The fundamental theorems on the asymptotic behavior of eigenvalues, inverses, and products of banded Toeplitz matrices and Toeplitz matrices with absolutely summable elements are derived in a tutorial manner.

Definition and Computation of Tensor‐Based Generalized Function Composition
ABSTRACT Functions are fundamental to mathematics as they offer a structured and analytical framework to express relations between variables. While scalar and matrix‐based functions are well‐established, higher‐order tensor‐based functions have not been as extensively explored.

Invertibility of circulant matrices of arbitrary size
In this paper, we present sufficient conditions to guarantee the invertibility of rational circulant matrices with any given size. These sufficient conditions consist of linear combinations of the entries in the first row with integer coefficients.

Range–Doppler Estimation With an EM‐Learned Prior for Pulse‐Agile Waveforms
This letter proposes an expectation–maximisation (EM)‐based range–Doppler (RD) estimator that adaptively learns the clutter and target distributions and adjusts an RD prior map. By optimising the shrinkage strength via prior weighting, the proposed method improves RSM suppression in the region of interest.

Determinants of binomial-related circulant matrices
Due to their rich algebraic structures and wide applications, circulant matrices have been of interest and continuously studied. In this paper, n×n complex left and right circulant matrices whose first row consists of the coefficients in the expansion of
