Recognizing H-Graphs - Beyond Circular-Arc Graphs. [PDF]

open access: yes, 2023
In 1992 Biró, Hujter and Tuza introduced, for every fixed connected graph H, the class of H-graphs, defined as the intersection graphs of connected subgraphs of some subdivision of H. Such classes of graphs are related to many known graph classes: for example, K2-graphs coincide with interval graphs, K3-graphs with circular-arc graphs, the union of T ...

Universal Point Sets for Planar Graph Drawing with Circular Arcs [PDF]

open access: yes, 2013
International audienceWe prove that there exists a set S of n points in the plane such that every n-vertex planar graph G admits a plane drawing in which every vertex of G is placed on a distinct point of S and every edge of G is drawn as a circular ...

Affinity‐Tuned Albumin Hitchhiking Extends the Bioorthogonal Capture Window in Pretargeting Radiotheranostics

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
Pharmacokinetic engineering of clickable radioligands was achieved via albumin hitchhiking approach within a pretargeted radiotheranostics delivery platform. This approach reduced rapid renal elimination, expanded bioorthogonal capture window, boosted tumor uptake by ∼3.5‐fold, and improved the tumor‐to‐liver ratio by ∼6‐fold.

Beyond Presumptions: Toward Mechanistic Clarity in Metal‐Free Carbon Catalysts for Electrochemical H2O2 Production via Data Science

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Metal‐free carbon catalysts enable the sustainable synthesis of hydrogen peroxide via two‐electron oxygen reduction; however, active site complexity continues to hinder reliable interpretation. This review critiques correlation‐based approaches and highlights the importance of orthogonal experimental designs, standardized catalyst passports ...

Neodymium‐Doped Nanocrystals for Sensing Cellular Temperature at the Nanoscale

open access: yesAdvanced Optical Materials, EarlyView.
Neodymium‐doped NaYF4 nanocrystals are engineered as bright, biocompatible nanothermometers for intracellular temperature mapping. Their ratiometric near‐infrared emission enables highly sensitive, nanoscale thermal readouts in living cells. Combined with gold nanostars for photothermal therapy, they reveal pronounced subcellular heating heterogeneity ...

Enhanced Glycolysis‐Driven Histone H3K18 Lactylation Regulates Epileptogenesis by Modulating the E3 Ubiquitin Ligase COP1

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Neuronal PKM2‐driven glycolysis generates excess lactate that triggers histone H3K18 lactylation (H3K18la), establishing a pathogenic metabolic‐epigenetic axis in epilepsy. Elevated H3K18la enriches the Cop1 promoter, transcriptionally upregulating the E3 ubiquitin ligase COP1, which subsequently drives proteasomal degradation of GABAARβ2 and impairs ...
