B cells sense external mechanical forces and convert them into biochemical signals through mechanotransduction. Understanding how malignant B cells respond to physical stimuli represents a groundbreaking area of research. This review examines the key mechano‐related molecules and pathways in B lymphocytes, highlights the most relevant techniques to ...

Functions of Circular RNA in Human Diseases and Illnesses
Circular RNAs (circRNAs) represent single-stranded RNA species that contain covalently closed 3′ and 5′ ends that provide them more stability than linear RNA, which has free ends.

Glutaredoxin (Grx) 3 proteins contain a thioredoxin domain and one to three class II Grx domains. These proteins play a crucial role in iron homeostasis in eukaryotic cells. In human Grx3, at least one of the two Grx domains, together with the thioredoxin domain, is essential for its function in iron metabolism.

TempliPhi, ⌽29 DNA Polymerase Based Rolling Circle Amplification of Templates for DNA Sequencing
We have developed a novel, isothermal DNA amplification strategy that employs ⌽29 DNA polymerase and rolling circle amplification to generate high-quality templates for DNA sequencing reactions. The TempliPhi™ DNA amplification kits take advantage of the

Determination of plasmid copy number in yeast transformants by means of agarose plugs [PDF]
The determination of plasmid copy number in Saccharomyces cerevisiaetransformants containing circular or linear plasmids is currently performed with total yeast DNA extracts obtained from cultures grown under selection.

Circular dichroism and conformational polymorphism of DNA [PDF]
Here we review studies that provided important information about conformational properties of DNA using circular dichroic (CD) spectroscopy. The conformational properties include the B-family of structures, A-form, Z-form, guanine quadruplexes, cytosine quadruplexes, triplexes and other less characterized structures.

Evolutionary interplay between viruses and R‐loops
Viruses interact with specialized nucleic acid structures called R‐loops to influence host transcription, epigenetic states, latency, and immune evasion. This Perspective examines the roles of R‐loops in viral replication, integration, and silencing, and how viruses co‐opt or avoid these structures.
