Oral Celastrol Micelles Forming High‐Density Lipoprotein Corona Targeting Hepatocytes for MASLD Treatment

Upon oral administration, OPDEA‐PCL/CEL micelles passed through the stomach acid intact, then quickly penetrated the intestinal mucus and transported into circulation, where they captured HDL to form a protein corona and target hepatocyte SR‐B1 receptors, inducing endocytosis.
