NCAPH significantly influences luminal A breast cancer progression and affects tumour behaviour and treatment response. GSLA10, a gene signature associated with NCAPH, shows promise in predicting luminal A tumour recurrence, demonstrating efficacy alongside existing models such as Oncotype DX.
