High‐throughput RNA sequencing of the T cell receptor alpha and beta chains for simultaneous clonality and biological analyses in Sezary syndrome

We performed RNA sequencing of TR alpha (TRA) and beta (TRB) in peripheral blood CD4+ T cells from Sezary Syndrome (SS) and psoriasis patients (PS) employed as controls and found correlated (A) and highly expanded predominant TRA and TRB complementarity‐determining regions 3 (CDR3) only in SS patients (B).

ABSTRACT Objective Placental infection with severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS‐CoV‐2) can lead to placental insufficiency and in‐utero fetal death (IUFD). The objective of this study was to confirm and quantify the extent to which fetoplacental infection with SARS‐CoV‐2 is a cause of fetal death.
