In adults with moderate AD post‐TCS and ‐TCI, who may otherwise be eligible for systemic therapy, 1.5% ruxolitinib cream improved clinical signs and symptoms in the TRuE‐AD4 study. Abstract Background In patients with moderate atopic dermatitis (AD), topical corticosteroids (TCS) and topical calcineurin inhibitors (TCI) often do not sufficiently ...

ABSTRACT Huanglongbing (HLB) is the most destructive citrus disease worldwide, and it has been disseminated by the Asian citrus psyllid Diaphorina citri, the vector of the causing agent Candidatus Liberibacter asiaticus. Although processed kaolin reduces psyllid infestation, long‐term field data from commercial orchards are limited.

ABSTRACT Globally, citrus production areas are threatened by greening diseases, also known as Huánglóngbíng (HLB), associated with phloem‐limited gram‐negative species of the genus Candidatus Liberibacter. Those pathogens are transmitted by either the Asian citrus psyllid, Diaphorina citri Kuwayama 1908 (Hemiptera: Psyllidae), or the African citrus ...

ABSTRACT Disease outbreaks and the associated reliance on antibiotics pose major constraints to the sustainability of modern aquaculture. As regulatory pressures increase and consumer demand shifts toward residue‐free production, diverse biological interventions are gaining prominence as viable alternatives to chemotherapeutics.

Genomic variation drives plant flavor diversification
This review explains how genomic variation shapes plant flavor by altering the biosynthetic and regulatory pathways of key attributes like sweetness, acidity, bitterness, piquancy, astringency, and aroma. It also discusses how multi‐omics, AI‐assisted breeding, and gene editing can translate this knowledge into plants with improved flavor, nutrition ...

The Studies on Citrus Virus and Virus-Like Diseases and Their Speed Indexing Technique
The virus and virus-like diseases of citrus trees had become seriously epidemic since the first outbreak of Likubin (greening) in 1951, and called public attention in citrus industry of Taiwan. The etiological studies on the systemic virus and virus-like

The ZmRACK1–ZmCDPK7–ZmAPX1 module regulates plant antiviral immunity
In maize, ZmRACK1 acts as a scaffold protein that bridges the cyclin‐dependent kinase ZmCDPK7 and the ascorbate peroxidase ZmAPX1, promoting ZmAPX1 activity to mitigate MCMV infection. Upon viral infection, P31 obstructs formation of the ZmRACK1‐ZmCDPK7‐ZmAPX1 complex, inhibiting ZmCDPK7‐mediated ZmAPX1 activity and promoting reactive oxygen species ...

Combining Phytochemical and Computational Approach on Citrus hystrix DC. (Kaffir Lime) Peel Extract: Anti-Diabetic and Anti-Inflammatory Activities. [PDF]
Citrus hystrix DC. (kaffir lime) peel was dried and subjected to ethanolic extract. The GC‐MS analysis showed the presence of significant phyto‐ingredients. Pharmacokinetic and ADMET filters were applied to major constituents, and molecular docking, Gene Ontology (GO), and KEGG pathway enrichment analyses on mechanistic plausibility were also performed.
