Advanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.Polycrystalline diamond (PCD) is directly bonded to 3C‐SiC for GaN HEMTs on a 2‐inch wafer using an advanced room‐temperature process. Despite high thermal conductivity at the growth surface, phonon scattering at the fine‐grained nucleation side raises thermal resistance.

Advanced Photonics Research, EarlyView.Three‐dimensional nonlinear optical microscopy is used to visualize GaAs–gold hybrid nanocavities. By carefully selecting the pump wavelength to position the harmonic generation at the nanopillar resonance, an enhanced contrast is observed in the nonlinear imaging.

Advanced Photonics Research, EarlyView.The on‐chip topological Berry antenna for 6G to Xth‐generation wireless communication is designed via integrating various Berry curvatures for an enhanced antenna aperture and radiation gain. This THz antenna has demonstrated a maximum gain of 17 dBi and chip‐to‐chip wireless communications at 20 Gbps over a distance of 15 cm.
