This schematic illustrates a capacitive deionization (CDI) system for the selective extraction of lithium from salt‐lake brine. The system employs a cathode fabricated from the Fe‐THBQ@MoSe2@MXene composite alongside an activated carbon (AC) anode. Upon applied voltage, the cathode demonstrates high efficiency in capturing Li+ ions while effectively ...

Mechanism of Solid Solution‐Driven Texture Induced by Ag Doping in YBCO Superconductor
Ag‐doped YBCO with a designed concentration gradient is produced by dual‐material co‐extrusion and freeze‐drying. During annealing, Ag+ ions diffuse into Y123, substituting for Cu(1) and inducing c‐axis relaxation. This leads to the formation of [001]‐oriented YBCAO, creating a coherent interface that templates the textured growth of Y123. Consequently,

Modeling the lateral response of pile groups in cohesionless and cohesive soils
A three-dimensional finite element approach was used to assess the lateral pile and pile group response subjected to pure lateral load. The study evaluated three pile group configurations (i.e. 2 × 1, 2 × 2 and 3 × 2 pile groups) with four values of pile

Lattice Dynamics Across the High‐Pressure Phase Transition in CrTe
ABSTRACT High‐pressure physics provides a powerful means of tuning interatomic interactions, enabling the discovery of novel structural and physical phenomena in materials. Chromium telluride, a transition metal chalcogenide, is particularly responsive to such external stimuli, exhibiting a broad spectrum of pressure‐, temperature‐, and stoichiometry ...
