ABSTRACT Perimeter cybersecurity, while essential, has proven insufficient against sophisticated, coordinated, and cyber‐physical attacks. In contrast, mission‐centric cybersecurity emphasizes finding evidence of attack impact on mission success, allowing for targeted resource allocation to mitigate vulnerabilities and protect critical assets.

Winston Churchill and France: A Certain Ideal
Abstract This article examines relations between Winston Churchill and France. It argues that Churchill was sympathetic to France and, in particular, unusual among Englishmen of his generation in being sympathetic to its political system, but also that this sympathy did not make Churchill consistent in his relations with France.
