Unravelling the Spatiotemporal Exciton Dynamics in Electrically Pumped Organic Laser Diodes
Laser &Photonics Reviews, EarlyView.High‐speed OLED measurements combined with advanced simulations reveal how singlet, triplet, and polaron dynamics drive key loss channels that hinder organic semiconductor lasing, while presenting strategies to overcome them. Abstract Organic materials offer wide‐band emission covering regions of the spectrum unachievable by conventional semiconductors.

DFT Modeling and Impedance Spectroscopy Analysis of a High Performance Zirconia‐Based Solar Cell
Nano Select, EarlyView.p‐SnS/n‐CdS heterojunction solar cells with Al‐ZnO/i‐ZnO window layers simulated using SCAPS‐1D and impedance spectroscopy enabled tracking of solar cell parameters. The optimal performance (η = 22.76%, Voc = 0.77 V) was achieved with a 5 µm SnS absorber at Rs = 1Ω.cm−2 and Rsh = 10 kΩ.cm−2.
