Characters of Lattice Fermions Based on the Hyperdiamond Lattice
We study minimal-doubling fermion actions on hyperdiamond and deformed hyperdiamond lattices, with emphasis on the real-space construction of them and Lorentz covariance of excitations from fermion poles.

Structural biology of ferritin nanocages
Ferritin is a conserved iron‐storage protein that sequesters iron as a ferric mineral core within a nanocage, protecting cells from oxidative damage and maintaining iron homeostasis. This review discusses ferritin biology, structure, and function, and highlights recent cryo‐EM studies revealing mechanisms of ferritinophagy, cellular iron uptake, and ...

Mechanisms of IgE‐mediated food allergy and the role of allergen‐specific B cells
Food allergy arises when allergen‐specific B cells preferentially produce immunoglobulin E (IgE) antibodies against harmless foods. This article explains the mechanisms driving IgE‐mediated reactions, highlights the central role of these B cells, and discusses how natural tolerance (NT) and oral immunotherapy (OIT) can reshape allergic immune responses.

In this study, we found that human cervical‐derived adipocytes maintain intracellular iron level by regulating the expression of iron transport‐related proteins during adrenergic stimulation. Melanotransferrin is predicted to interact with transferrin receptor 1 based on in silico analysis.

On a Question of D. Shlyakhtenko
In this short note we construct two countable, infinite conjugacy class groups which admit free, ergodic, probability measure preserving orbit equivalent actions, but whose group von Neumann algebras are not (stably ...
