SPHINX31 acts as a SRPK1 inhibitor targeting the ATR/DNA‐PKcs/CHK1 replicative checkpoint to inhibit cell growth in non‐small cell lung cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
The kinase SRPK1 directly interacts with the protein TOPBP1 and regulates the pre‐mRNA splicing of WIZ thereby contributing to the activation of the ATR/CHK1 replicative checkpoint in response to replicative stress. This allows cancer cells' genomic stability and survival.

The Hermitian Class Group

K-Theory, 1997
Let \(A\) be an order over a (not necessarily commutative) Krull domain \(R\) endowed with an involution \(\alpha\). The authors define and study the Hermitian class group \(Cl_R (A,\alpha)\) of \((A,\alpha)\), which can also be viewed as a special case of the relative Hermitian Picard group defined by the same authors in ``The relative Hermitian ...

A Class of Imprimitive Groups

Algebra Colloquium, 2010
We classify imprimitive groups inducing the alternating group A4 on the set of blocks, with the inertia subgroup satisfying some very natural geometrical conditions which force the group to operate linearly.
