A phase‐change magneto‐optical metagrating combines GST switching with InAs guided‐mode resonances to achieve strong nonreciprocal absorption contrast near normal incidence. Intensity Noise Dynamics in Terahertz Quantum Cascade Lasers
Intensity‐noise dynamics in terahertz quantum cascade lasers are investigated across single‐mode, dense‐comb and harmonic‐comb regimes using graphene thermoelectric detectors.
