Epigenetic heterogeneity and plasticity in therapy‐induced tumor states through single‐cell multi‐omics

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Single‐cell multi‐omics reveals epigenetic heterogeneity across therapy‐adaptive tumor states, including quiescent/dormant, drug‐tolerant persister, and EMT‐like phenotypes. By linking regulatory features with state‐associated biomarkers, these approaches inform biomarker‐guided therapeutic strategies for evolving tumors.

Morphologic evaluation of renal function using semi-quantitative method in primary nonproliferative glomerular diseases

open access: yesIndian Journal of Pathology and Microbiology, 2011
Context: Fibrosis is universally accepted as a poor prognostic finding in renal pathology. Semi-quantitative assessment is widely used for prognostication in pathology. Aims: We propose a semi-quantitative method to prognosticate primary nonproliferative

Mycobacterial cell division arrest and smooth‐to‐rough envelope transition using CRISPRi‐mediated genetic repression systems

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
CRISPRI‐mediated gene silencing and phenotypic exploration in nontuberculous mycobacteria. In this Research Protocol, we describe approaches to control, monitor, and quantitatively assess CRISPRI‐mediated gene silencing in M. smegmatis and M. abscessus model organisms.

A Classification of Schema Mappings and Analysis of Mapping Tools

open access: yes, 2007
Schema mapping techniques for data exchange have become popular and useful tools both in research and industry. A schema mapping relates a source schema with a target schema via correspondences, which are specified by a domain expert possibly supported ...
