Estimation of Clean-wool Yield from Small Samples
1. 緬羊の全フリース洗毛歩留を小試料から推定する目的で,1954年から1956年までに北海道農業試験場畜産部で飼育していた緬羊39頭(雌38,雄1)がら試料を得た。2. 肩-肋-背-尻の4部位から採取した汚毛小試料20g,10g,5gの各洗毛歩留について分散分析した結果,これらの重量間には有意差は認められなかつたが,部位間には有意差が認められた。すなわち肩•肋の2部位で,背部との間に有意差が認められた。3. 小試料について,石油エーテルの方法とマルセル石鹸を使用する洗毛方法との間には,洗毛歩留の有意差小試料による全フリース洗毛歩留の推定法は認められなかつた。4.
