Cleaner fish Labroides dimidiatus manipulate client reef fish by providing tactile stimulation
The cleaner wrasse Labroides dimidiatus often touches 'client' reef fish dorsal fin areas with its pelvic and pectoral fins. The relative spatial positions of cleaner and client remain constant and the cleaner's head points away from the client's body ...

Ionic epoxy networks are prepared using ammonium salts as hardeners, leading to a two‐stage curing process with a thermoplastic‐like intermediate. This uncommon behavior enables extrusion and fabrication of thermoplastic prepregs that can be cured into thermoset composites.

Challenges, risks and benefits related to the use of cleaner fish in Norwegian aquaculture
There is a desperate need for methods to control the current salmon lice situation in Norway. In some farms the numbers of lice may reach so high that they represent a direct welfare challenge to the salmon.

Wrasse as cleaner-fish for farmed salmon
In aquarium and sea cage experiments four wrasse species from Norwegian waters were identified as facultative cleaners, with lice infested salmon (Salmo salar) as the host: goldsinny (Ctenblabrus rupestris), rock cook (Centrolabrus exoletus), female cuckoo wrasse (Labrus ossifagus) and corkwing wrasse Crenilabrus melops).

Genetic Identification of Corkwing Wrasse Cleaner Fish Escaping from Norwegian Aquaculture
The genetic impact of farmed fish escaping aquaculture is a highly debated issue. However, non-target species, such as cleaner fish that are used in fish farms to remove parasitic sea lice, are rarely considered. Here, we report that wild corkwing wrasse

Solvent‐mediated reactivity control of Lewis‐paired dopants enables highly efficient, finely tunable, and stable doping of organic semiconductors. The optimally doped semiconductor films exhibit superior thermoelectric performance and doping stability, feature delocalized polarons along structurally ordered polymer backbones, and outperform ...
